Promoting Negative Images Of Disability Is a Form Of Discrimination By Gbubemi Adeneye(Part One)

Hełlo, I'm Gbubemi Adeneye (Ms.), an amputee & Yes, I have lived all my life being physically different, so i guess I can confidently say I'm in a great position to shine some light on this particular topic. I actually want to correct some rumors (let's say ignorance) most people think/belief about 'society' so tagged "disabled" "handicapped" "special" "physically challenged" to name a few... The following "incorrect vs. reality" assumptions the society has often triggered by fear, lack of understanding and/or prejudice. Promoting negative images of disability is a form of discrimination because it creates barriers to full self realization for people living with disabilities.

*A person’s disability defines who they are as an individual :- People often label individuals with a disability according to their conditions or limitations. It is common in our daily lives to hear references such as “the disabled (which is also the term I have to borrow for a better understanding)", "the handicapped", "the amputee", "the blind" (to name a few) and this label(s) can make an individual focus on his/her disability(ies), hindering his/her self confidence or ability(ies).

*People with disabilities are sick and in constant pain :- I understand that this ideology is mostly conceived out of care (love) but this in most cases can start or cause phantom pain / restriction in the life of the recipient and which may some times be the cause of the inability to function properly and not the person's disability. People with disabilities are like people without disabilities just as people get sick on occasion or sometimes may be in pain so it is for people with disabilities.

*People with disabilities typically do not suffer or experience pain due to their condition :- Like I said above,  people with disabilities most times are in pain like every other person may be but this should not be set as an embargo/limitation/restriction over their capabilities. However, whenever they function  well in their own capability, mojority of people tend to take their effort for granted. (Note : It takes some extra energy for the disabled to get things done no matter how easy they make it look.)

*People with disabilities are brave, courageous and inspirational for living with their disability :- Now this is real talk, people with disabilities are often portrayed as superhuman or courageous as they triumph over adversity. As a result of this idea, in some occasions (mostly in family settings), people expect too much from people  living with disabilities and people living with disabilities tries to do everything to impress, which often times end up with taking a backtoil on their mental activities especially when they find themselves not living up to expectations. (Note : living a successful life as a disabled person is just as living a successful life as an able person). George Covington, a writer who is blind, has said, “We’re seen as inspirational, and inspiration sells like hotcakes. My disability isn’t a burden: having to be so damned inspirational is.”

*People with disabilities are special and should be treated differently :- The ideology of "special" to a person is accepting  the fact that you cannnot measure up and this serves as a series of limitations. Level of performance for success should not be underestimated with the “special” associated with people with disabilities. To those living with disablity(ies), disability is not a personal tragedy and you must not entertain pity of any kind.

*People with disabilities are needy :- Just like any one may have difficulty doing some things and may require assistance, so, people with disabilities may require help on occasions. Disability doesn't mean dependency or having a poor quality of the things of life.  Cultivate the habit of always asking (which is always a good strategy and not assume) people with disabilities whether they need your assistance (Just ask!)

Hence, there are more to come but please kindly take your time to check (even when your actions or reactions are out of pure care & love) if you are improving or causing detriments to lives of the disabled persons around you.

African Heroes Awake By Tunde Eso, President of Fix Nigeria Group and 2018 Osun State Governorship Aspirant

African Heroes Awake

By Tunde Eso, President of Fix Nigeria Group and 2018 Osun State Governorship Aspirant

My vision is to ensure that my twenty-one-year pregnancy for Africa gives birth to young and dynamic visionary leaders that will elicit new political ideology, educational growth, industrial advancement, political stability, provision of constant supply of electricity and security among other dividends of good governance for an enviable continent where other peoples of the world would want to reside.

In 2013, I put together in my book Vision for Africa my thoughts to awaken the consciousness of progressive minded youths in Africa towards taking their destinies in their hands politically, economically and socially by using the principles of the new system of government that I refer to as Youthocracy which is a “government of the people, by the youth and for the people” Youthocracy is majorly to ensure leadership shift for pragmatic development in Africa and the rest of the world.

It is right to say that the quality of leadership is important for Africa to rise up and take its rightful place. Objectively, Youthocracy will be a driving strategy to attaining lasting development through the injection of new political ideology by the youth.
Africans should liberate themselves from the primitive thought of embracing rotational system of government that yields tribal and endemic political control of power.

Conversely, having painstakingly studied political strategies in Africa, I discovered that Africa has three groups of leaders that have been presented within three generations. Generation one: Those that led in the 50s and 60s, like Nelson Mandela of South Africa, Obafemi Awolowo of Nigeria, Kwame Nkrumah of Ghana, Julius Nyerere of Tanzania. The legacies they left was that they fought for independence. They freed us from colonialism and were commended for their efforts. They were followed by generation two that wreaked havoc on the continent. One hero said, if one thinks of fighting corruption, human rights abuses, mismanagement of public funds they became champions and stereotypes of African leaders the West makes reference to today. He said that generation had moved on and have been replaced by generation three with the likes of late Nelson Mandela of South Africa. He is not saying they are perfect but have helped to clean up much of the mess of generation two. For stopping the fight and improving macroeconomic policies, he described them as the stabilizer generation.

Presently, Africa’s increasing wealth and economic liberation has brought up a new breed of businessmen that do not rely on political connections and thus are able to raise their voices against abuses in their country in the likes of Aliko Dangote, Folorunsho Alakija and Mo Ibrahim, the Sudanese billionaire philanthropist.

I am not happy as Africa has for about four decades become a laughing stock among comity of nations; some of its leaders are more than 90 years while others are just beginning new terms in office. Where do they want to lead the continent to?

Most African leaders are by nature greedy for power. It has become obvious that the external influence which was thought to be responsible for the misbehavior of African leaders was in fact not responsible for Africa’s misfortune over leadership.

What  are  the  factors  behind  this  irrational  quest  for  power  and  the  unwillingness  to  relinquish  same?  Insecurity  of  life  outside  power,  economic  gains,  political  influence and more are  some  of  the  factors  that  have  kept  genuine  democracy  away  from  most  African  countries.  Without  these  and  other  factors,  what  else  could  have  made  Laurent  Gbagbo  of  Ivory  Coast  cling  to  power  until  his  disgraceful  removal  even  when  the whole  world  acknowledged  that  he  lost  re-election  through  free  and  fair  election?  What  else  could  have kept Libyan  leader  Muammar  Gaddafi  in  power  for 42 years  until  his country came under  rebel  attacks  and  no fly zone imposed by allied  forces?

The  style  of  leadership  in  Gabon and Togo has  been  that  of  dynasty  by  two  families  and  there  are many examples  of  sit-tight  dictators  in  Africa.

Few examples of such leaders readily come to mind.

Felix Houphouet-Boigny was President of Cote d’Ivoire for 33 years.  At his death, he was the third longest serving head of state in the world, after Fidel Castro of Cuba and Kim II Sung of North Korea.  He was the first President of Cote d’Ivoire, and died in office as president.

At over 80 years old, he was reported to have said: “I refuse to grow old, so that I can serve my country and Africa.” Yamoussoukro was Houphouet-Boigny’s village; he attempted to replace Abidjan with it as the nation’s capital.  A lot of money was sunk into the fruitless exercise.  It was only after his death that the capital was transferred back to Abidjan.

Gnassingbe Eyadema was president of Togo for 38 years.  He came in through a coup d’état and refused to leave until his death.  Eyadema ran Togo as a personal estate.  He made his mother the mother of the nation and made her birthday a national day.  Under him, Togo was militarized.  An entourage of 1000 beautiful women sang his praises everywhere, as did highly indoctrinated school children.  When you heard a siren in the streets of Lome, you must drop whatever you were doing and clap ecstatically, on the understanding that it must be the president passing by. Eyadema ruled Togo as a ruthless dictator.  If you opposed him, you are likely to be killed.

Muammar Gaddafi was the leader of Libya for 42 years; which made him Africa’s longest serving head of state.  Once he seized power through a coup d’état in 1969, he had no intention of relinquishing it.  He held on to it until he was killed by his own people in 2011.

The leadership of Samuel Doe, Charles Taylor, both of Liberia and Idi Amin of Uganda went the same way. The same thing with former  president  Zine  al-Abidine Ben Ali of Tunisia, who spent 23 years (1988 – 2011), he dictated  the  tunes;  Tunisians  danced  for  23  years until he was  deposed  by  the  new  political  wave  that  pervaded  the Arab  world; Hosni Mubarak of Egypt had 30 years (1981 – 2011) before Egyptians kicked him out of office. Many of them did not see the possible continuous existence of their countries beyond their leadership.

There are 54 independent countries in Africa and 90 percent of their presidents are between the age 70 and 95. Here are some of them, their country and age as at 2017.

Robert Mugabe of Zimbabwe (37years - since 1980), Robert Mugabe, 93, has been in power for 37 years. He had just unwillingly stepped down as president though negotiations with the army. President Mohammed Buhari of the Federal Republic of Nigeria became the country president at the age of 72.He is regarded as the oldest person to become Nigeria's President; Ellen Johnson Sirleaf became President of Liberia at age 70 in 2006. She is currently 81; Jacob Zuma of South Africa is 75 years old. President Peter Mutharika of Malawi was 74 when he was sworn in on 31 May, 2014. He will be president till 2019 at 79 years, President Alpha Conde of Guinea is now 77 years old and he was sworn-in in December 2011 at 72 years, President Jose Eduardo Santos of Angola is 72 years

And he will be president till 2020 at 78 years; President Abde Bourtefilka of Algeria is 77 years old and will be in office till 2020 at 83 years old, President Alasanne Quattara of Ivory Coast was 72 years in 2012, and will be President till 2016 at 76 years.

Conversely, Yoweri Museveni of Uganda has been president since 1985. He won another seven year term in 2013 at 77 years, and will be president till 2020 at 84. President Jose Mujiaga of Uruguay was 75 years old when elected. He is now 79 years. President Tedoro Oblang Nguema Mbasogo, Equatorial Guinea, was born January 6, 1942. He is 72 years and still going on.

President Michael Sata, Zambia, is 77 years-old. He became president September 23, 2011 at 74, and will rule till 2016 when he will be 79. President Paul Biya of Cameroon is 81 years old. He will be in office till 2017 at age 84 years.

Every progressive minded young African should be angry about the gerontocratic nature of our governance. But that is not enough, the youth must also wake up from their slumber because power is not easily attained; one must struggle for it. Power will not get to the youth on a platter of gold. They must come out of their cocoons and begin to make sacrifices in search for power.

From the analysis I have made and for the youth to identify themselves with the quest to do away with capitalism Abraham Lincoln coined Democracy for people to identify with. For the youth to identify with, I have coined a new system of government known as Youthocracy which is a system of government of the people, by the youth and for the people, that will entrench the reign of the youth in Africa which the world can emulate for the benefit of mankind.

We must all pay attention to grooming the set of generation of youthful leadership in a strategic succession plan for Youthocracy to ensure pragmatic development through leadership generational shift in Africa.

The content of my book is an article of truth, which should be adhered to as a new philosophy that will entrench true democracy in Africa and make Africa a better place for all nations.
The book contains the vision I have for Africa and the rest of the world. Youthocracy invariably means government will be controlled by the youths for freedom, liberty and socio-political and economic well-being of the people. This is much like democracy. The difference is that youths will be the key players in the helm of affairs to inject new ideology and development.

Digital Disruption: Inclusion of Nigerian Women in Tech Driven Businesses

Africa has started riding on the new wave of a digital revolution. From the travel industry to retail, transportation and entertainment, digital disruption is changing the face of several industries. The retail industry has in recent times been rattled by the gradual shift to online shopping. Several brick and motar stores have been hit by this giant wave, resulting in the folding up of multiple businesses.

Using the music industry as a case study, an industry that has enjoyed the rewards of digital disruption. A practical example, Sony went from selling vinyl record albums to selling CDs at walk-in stores and moved to the sales of digital music to costumers via smart phones. This type of “digital disruption” is hitting all industries and you have to find out whether you and your company are prepared for the transformation.

Another dramatic change in the last few years has been how companies now look forward to a different type of leadership. Several companies are now looking toward leaders who are willing to embrace new technologies. Therefore, it is imperative that today’s leaders be prepared (dynamic and forward thinking), as companies make a shift from traditional ways of doing business to undergoing a digital makeover.

According to several recent studies, despite the multiple calls from economic, political and societal experts to promote the inclusion of women in business, the future of many women in the workforce is uncertain.

While digital disruption means an increase in the number of opportunities, this also means a number of jobs are in line to be restructured or entirely replaced by technology in coming years, women in low skilled occupations such as sales are more likely to be impacted by automation and artificial intelligence technology.

Therefore it is necessary to equip and prepare women in business to understand the fundamentals of technology and gain new skill-sets which will keep them relevant in today’s workforce.

Although women are increasingly becoming key drivers in the rapid expansion and increasing development of a tech driven market and economy, there is still a long way to go. A few of the large tech driven companies like Omatek, Mainstreet Technologies and Jumia Group Nigeria boast of female Nigeria managing directors and CEOs.

Omatek (founded by the late Florence Seriki, the first Nigerian IT firm to be listed on the Nigerian Stock Exchange.)

Juliet Anammah is the CEO of Jumia Nigeria, Africa’s e commerce giant.

Omolara Adagunodo is the MD of Jumia Travel Nigeria, Africa’s largest hotel booking portal that connect you to hotels in Nigeria and several other countries across Africa.

Olamide Bada is the MD of Jumia Food, a food delivery service that connects you to restaurants in Nigeria and over 40 countries.

Funke Opeke of Mainstreet Technologies is the CEO of MainOne Cable Company, a submarine communications cable stretching from Portugal to South Africa with landings along the route in Accra , Ghana and Lagos, Nigeria.

Nimi Akinkugbe is the CEO of Bestman Games, the leading African games company and distributor of Hasbro games for over 40 African countries.

These are key examples of women who have risen against all odds to become the face of some of the giant technology driven brands in the country with influence across Africa.

The ability to adapt is critical in a constantly changing environment. Women should seek out mentors who have the knowledge base required to coach them in new technologies. So that when equipped, women can join the digital revolution and the world in making quicker, better and more informed decisions.

My Party Will Win With Youth Inclusion- Tunde Eso

My Party Will Win With Youth Inclusion- Tunde Eso

Tunde Eso is a political scientist, author of Vision for Africa and African Security Solution and a media, management and property consultant. In this interview, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) 2018 governorship candidate in Osun State spoke on his plans for the youths and governance as a whole.

What position does youths have in governance?

Tunde Eso: We have a new bill that has been passed into law already, that is the “Not Too Young To Run” bill. The Government has given the youths the opportunity to participate in governance from the local to the state level.

Youths are certified. They have been given the mandate to run before now but it all depends on the steps we take. It depends on our decision.

What are your plans for the youths at large?

Tunde Eso: The first thing I have for the youths is that I have coined a new system of government which is “Youthocracy” defined by me as (Government of the people, by the youth and for the people). And it was published in one of my books titled Vision for Africa in 2013. Youthocracy advocates leadership shift in Africa in order to ensure that a new political ideology is injected into governance.

I have been advocating for youths and women participation in governance and leadership for 21 years. If I have done that long, then you should expect me to incorporate more youths, women and other credible personalities into my government when I become the next Governor of Osun State this year 2018 by God's grace, because He gave me the Vision and I have been watering it for 21 years now to the glory of God.

We want youths to participate because we need new ideas in governance. Meanwhile, we need intelligent minds to take up leadership in Nigeria because " The people that refused intelligent minds to lead them, will enjoy the highest level of poverty'' he quotes

Those heroes that got our independence were young people and with their energy they synergized and got us the independence in 1960.

In Osun State, what can you say about the continuous crisis in your party?

Tunde Eso: its a necessity for pragmatism and it will be over, but I want to salute the courage of our leaders especially Hon. Soji Adagunodo and Dr. Bayo Faforiji but I also want to advice them to be more considerate as time is not on our side even though we have the chances of winning if our primaries is done a day to elections, but we have to consider documentation of deeds for posterity sake and youth inclusion for us to win elections, this is also applicable to the National executives of our party.

What do you think are the major challenges in Nigeria?

Tunde Eso: Electricity, education, industrial revolution, insecurity, unemployment, youth inclusion in governance and others. If we can fix one out of those that we have mentioned we have fixed all. If we fix electricity, we have solved 75 per cent of Nigerian problem.

Finally, who is Tunde Eso?

Tunde Eso: I’m uncommon and a visionary. I stick to that. This is the first time in Africa that somebody will come out to say that openly. I have been on this for 21 years and we are going to install a visionary leader by the name Tunde Eso. The news will be all over the world.

My Vision As Osun Gov. Is Just One Term To Effect Pragmatic Change - Tunde Eso

My Vision As Osun Gov. Is Just One Term To Effect Pragmatic Change - Tunde Eso

Tunde Eso is a very successful entrepreneur, President and Founder, Fix Nigeria Group and 2018 PDP governorship aspirant from Osun state who is a strong advocate of youth inclusiveness in governance.

In this interview with our reporter he talks about his reason of wanting to become Osun state governor and his vision for his people if entrusted with the mandate.

Q1) First of all, let's meet you, Sir.
Who is Tunde Eso?

RESPONSE: I'm Tunde Eso, 2018 Osun State Governorship Aspirant under People's Democratic Party, hails from Ilesa West in Osun State, Nigeria.

I read Accountancy for my National Diploma Certificate at Osun State College of Technology, Esa-Oke, in 2005, obtained my first degree in Political Science at University of Education, Winneba, Ghana and International Relations for my Master’s degree at University of Education, Winneba, Ghana in 2014.

I'm a prolific writer who has carved a niche for himself in journalism and with more than 10 years experience in public relations, public management, and media consulting; a youth leader and mobiliser.

I'm also an administrator and entrepreneur and I have to my credit more than 60 published articles in both local and national dailies. I'm versatile on both national and international issues.

I was for six years advertorial executive, news and features reporter of The Guardian Newspaper Limited Nigeria, from where i moved in 2014 to News of the World Newspapers as a correspondent and in less than two months was made Managing Editor and later General Manager.

Later joined Newswatch Times as Society Editor and resigned a year later to continue with my business in March 2016.

I have edited a number of magazines, books and newspapers. I have immense passion for human development and nation building.

In 2008, I started free seminars to inspire the young ones in schools for nation-building, vision discovery and career development with free distribution of the Nigerian flag, with the tag name, School-to-School career talk, across Nigeria.

Q2) We understand you are coming out for governorship, Osun state.
Please, may we know what brought about your decision to run for the number one seat, Osun state?

RESPONSE: What brought about my decision to want to become the next Osun State Governor, come 2018 is the passion I have to serve the good people of Osun State with a view to providing equal opportunities for all as I have been involved in various life impacting projects.

If this opportunity is offered me to serve our people, there shall be multiplication of such efforts which will ensure youth empowerment, good welfare package for civil servants, bursary and scholarship award for students, skill acquisition by men and men, respect for traditional institution, electricity, industrial growth and security and general improvement of quality of life.

I am fully committed to providing an enabling environment for business growth, development and social integration if elected.

I have often considered myself a visionary which became clearer at the age 19.

Visionary leaders are compassionate and humane and my desire is to provide visionary leadership to my people in Osun state when I become the fifth governor of the state and the best governor of osun state, by the grace of God.

Also to entrench youthocracy in Africa, the new system of government that I coined in 2013 in my book titled Vision for Africa.

Q3) Please, have you held any government position before, whether elective or appointment?

RESPONSE: No, but I have occupied several youth leadership positions like National Youth leader of Nigeria Youth Forum, National Secretary of Nigeria Sovereign Youth Congress, South West Youth Leader of Coalition for Democratic Nigeria and I am the founder and president of Fix Nigeria Group with state coordinator in 30 states now. I was State Secretary of Unity Party of Nigeria (UPN) Lagos Chapter, and more.

Q4) We also understand you are a strong advocate of youth participation in governance.
Please, as a youth that is vying for an elective position, are you getting the support of the youths of Osun state as expected?
We mean, how is the support from the youths like?

RESPONSE: Yes, I'm getting support from the youth and it makes the journey easier.

Meanwhile, I'm using this opportunity to call on progressive minded youth to join me in the pursuit to rescue us from gross marginalisation.

Q5) Today in Nigeria, majority of the youths tend to support money-bag politicians, mortgaging their tomorrow for peanuts.
If you are the type that doesn't share money around, they don't come near you or support you. What do you have to say about that?

RESPONSE: We must shun money bags so we can move forward as a people and as a country.

Samples can be drawn from USA political ideology system - A country where must of our leaders now found solace.

Q6) What different innovation are you bringing to the front burner if you're elected governor of Osun state?

RESPONSE: Youth injection of new ideas, to entrench youthocracy, industrial revolution which plans have been on, taking advantage of technology and agricultural practice and more.

Q7) What is your manifesto like?

RESPONSE: Apart from my party manifestos, I have outline a visionary leadership youth agenda that will cater for education, security, empowerment, industrial revolution, infrastructure, hospitality, electricity, health care delivery, culture and tourism and provision of 31 thousand vocational jobs for youth in two years from inauguration and more.

Q8) What stands you out from others that have shown interest for the governorship position?

RESPONSE: I'm a visionary leader with documented fact of 21 years.

My sagacity has differentiated me and the fact that I have been injecting new ideology into the system.

For example, I coined YOUTHOCRACY defined as government of the people, by the youth and for the people.

The fact that I'm good at something, which is public relations and journalism; most of our leaders are not good at anything yet we go ahead and vote for them because they share money and when they get there, they will not add value to the system but rather destroy the laid down system.

Q9) Irregular Power, Insecurity and Unemployment are three major problems Nigeria is facing today.
How do you wish to tackle these problems if Osun people give you the opportunity to be their governor?

RESPONSE: Like I said in my first book titled "African Security Solution" that was published in UK in 2012 that If we fix electricity in Africa then we have solved 75 percent of the problems.

However,,unemployment, insecurity and electricity can be fixed through diversification of economy.

Q10) What do you have to say about Nigeria and Osun today?
We mean a general overview about the current situation of things.

RESPONSE: We need pragmatic change and that can be done by only a visionary.

Q11) Today, most of the states, if not all are complaining of insufficient funds to implement/execute projects. How do you intend to improve on the state's IGR to execute projects without inflicting more hardship/pain on the people if you become governor?

RESPONSE: Diversification of economy and industrial revolution

Q12) Just as the youths are clamouring for them to be included in governance, the women are doing same. If you become governor, what is your plan like, in terms of sharing formula of appointments for youths and women?

RESPONSE: Equality will be our major priority

Q13) On a lighter note, Sir, what are your hobbies?

RESPONSE: Writing, motivating people and reading.

Q14) Finally, what is your message to Osun people?

RESPONSE: Osun State will be great again. And I want to assure all that my vision as Osun State Governor is just one term and that is enough to effect pragmatic change that will bring smile to our faces.

How I Went From 95 to 65 in Only 31 Days Best Alternative To Diets&Fitness

Mahnoor Found Way to Weight Loss, Wants to Help Others

Hello, guys! Everybody has noticed that I have lost a lot of weight and started bombarding me with questions. I was trying my best to write an answer to everyone and support all of you, but failed - with so many messages to respond to I would have to live online. So, I decided to write this post to answer to the question: "How did you manage to lose 30kg?" (That doesn't mean you can't write to me or ask something, it just makes my life easier).

My transformation took me only ONE MONTH! AMAZING RESULT, RIGHT?

I've never been skinny but I noticed that I kept gaining more and more weight. Three terrible creases appeared on my belly, I looked like a bulldog in bikini, and my hips, legs and butt were getting bigger and bigger! I decided to get a fit and healthy body by all means, so I stopped eating greasy and fried food and gave up hearty late meals. I went for the morning run and evening training sessions in the gym but instead of losing kilos I continued gaining more and more! After a month my weight reached the terrifying mark of 78 kilos. I kept making my diet stricter and stricter, excluding meat, bread, fries, and sweets. I ended up eating fruits and vegetables and drinking nothing but water. I tried some terribly expensive weight loss teas and pills but nothing seemed to work for me. After a while the lost kilos would come back to my exhausted body.

Neither diets nor pills help, they are just a rip-off!
Working out is too hard and takes too long to see any progress. So what should I do?

After heaps of diets, pills and hours in the gym and thousands of pounds paid to the personal instructor I gave up completely. One day I ran into an article about the supplement Eco Slim and decided to give it a try. Although I heard Demi Moore, Katy Perry, J-Lo and many other celebs were losing weight with this product I was sceptical. But having tried everything and getting desperate I had no choice! Besides, I checked the reviews and they were impressive indeed!

Millions of women in Asia got rid of their extra kilos thanks to Eco Slim. According to the research 96.7% lost 12-17kg in three weeks!

So, it was settled! I went on their website, double-checked everything and ordered Eco Slim. It came within a couple of weeks. I read the instructions and started taking one tablet two times a day with fresh water.

The Eco Slim system is something you've never seen before!

After only two weeks, the results were stunning - I lost 13kg! The puffiness was gone and my complexion got much better! The hips and belly became notably smaller - and my mood became better! I started to believe I could become beautiful again without any dieting or exercising! So I continued eating everything I wanted! I was too sick and tired of starving and working out...
By the end of the third week I lost another 6kg! I became more fit and that inspired me to climb the stairs instead of using elevator every time. What seemed to be a tough workout became an easy pleasure for me! I couldn't believe it happened just because I was following those simple instructions on the pack! If I could do it - everyone can! Three weeks passed quickly and gradually 11kg were gone!
I achieved my goal weight within 31 days. My belly was gone, I lost 30kg and got the body I had never dared to dream about!

Even now I cannot believe what I see in the mirror:

By the way, Eco Slim was tested by the National Academy of Sciences in 2016. The results would have been a bomb but they never made public.

I reckon, that was because they would make pharmaceutical companies, fitness clubs, nutritionists and overpriced clinics go broke!
No wonder: Eco Slim is ridiculously cheap!

Now I keep recommending Eco Slim to my friends and colleges. Important: order from the official product website otherwise you might get a fake. I am happy with my results and I believe that you will be happy too! Forget the stereotypes: you don't need any diets and workouts to have a nice figure!

Stop dreaming about a perfect body! Just get it!

Here are the answers to the questions I receive in the social networks every day:

Do you have any stretch marks?
No, Eco Slim doesn't leave any stretch marks because its main component - unroasted coffee beans - contains chlorogenic acid.
What happened to the skin? Did it manage to tighten that quickly?
Yes it did! Neither my friends who tried Eco Slim nor I have any problems with the stretch marks or cellulite anymore!
What should I eat? What diet plan should I follow?
As I have said, I am against all those diets - and you don't really need then if you take Eco Slim regularly.
Is it true that you shouldn't eat after 6 p.m. if you don't want to gain weight?
That's a stereotype! You should eat whenever you feel hungry! Of course, it's better for your health and metabolism if you eat 4-5 times a day but not too much!
Everyone who lost weight by just taking Eco Slim, please, feel free to share your results right here! You will help to persuade other people that it really helps! Cheers!

Hey there! I got great news! The Eco Slim company representatives contacted me to offer a 50% discount to the first 100 visitors of my blog who make an order here!

[Sponsored Post] How to sing into a microphone

How to sing into a microphone
What is the difference between singing on the stage and singing at home with your friends? The main difference is that you are using a microphone! It helps you sing in a manner that makes demanding spectators applaud you. However, this is only possible if you are using it skillfully. No less important is the quality of the device you are using. As well as the quality of other sound equipment. So it is crucial to know where to buy all the necessary equipment. Buy sound equipment on Jiji! Only here you will find the greatest assortment at the lowest prices. Jiji is the most popular classifieds in Nigeria. It`s a real pleasure to shop here!
                         Control the microphone
First of all, before the performance, be sure to check all the contacts. Test the sound and configure the device in accordance to your voice. Always keep microphone horizontally. Why is it important? The sound through an imaginary horizontal line will be perceived by listeners much better than a sound coming from the sides. Also, try not to turn away from the microphone while singing.

It is worth controlling your hand, to firmly keep the microphone. This is especially important, because otherwise the sensitive part of a microphone will catch extraneous sounds and noises. You don’t want that! As a result, the quality of the recording will be distorted, and the howl from speakers will irritate the audience.

How to hold the microphone correctly?
Keep the microphone 3-5 cm away from your face. The maximum distance is 10 cm. Otherwise, the microphone will start to "catch" a third-party noise, and your voice will disappear. In contrast, if the microphone is located too close to your mouth, then the audience will hear the things they do not need to hear: your breath, spanking lips and other dubious sounds.

                                       Calibration of voice
As your experience will grow, you will learn to calibrate the sound of your voice: to put the microphone closer to sound louder and further to make your voice quieter. But this is an art and it is not that easy! The audience will surely appreciate playing with the sound. Never sang into a microphone before? Then you will surely be surprised with the sound of your voice:

it will seem strange to you! You should get used to it. Practice with microphone in advance. As we have already mentioned, distance plays a special role — choose a convenient and acceptable distance for you. For example, academic singing requires bigger distance when singing high notes. If the song requires aggressive enforcement, you should choose a microphone that will stand the sound pressure level (at least 120 decibels).
